Being a Stockist - Terms of Trade
The Stencil Studio Ltd offers a wholesale programme selling packaged stencils and stencil brushes at wholesale prices for retail shops and workshops. As a stockist you'll receive support from our friendly wholesale team and access to our wholesale website where you can view and order online from our extensive range of designs. We're confident that your customers will love our stencils because they're great quality, competitively priced and there's a fantastic range to suit all abilities and projects.
To Qualify
To Qualify for our wholesale programme you must:
Have a Shop, Concession or Workshop premises
Product Info
Our stencils are laser cut from 190 micron Mylar.
Stencils are individually packaged with a cardboard insert, inside a sealed bag with instructions included.
Stencils are available in A5/XS, A4/S Sizes and Stencil MiNiS (20 x 8cm Mini designs).
Stencils are sold in 3's.
Stencil brushes are also available, sold in packs of 6.
Order / payment
No minimum Order Value.
Payment is required before orders can be processed and dispatched. We accept most credit / debit cards, PayPal or BACS transfer. You can pay online or over the phone.
P&P Charges
UK P&P is Free for orders over the value of £250 (plus VAT) and only £5 if below this value.
Overseas P&P rates start at only £15 and vary depending upon your location and the value of your order. Full P&P charges are listed on our wholesale website.
Delivery / Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders within 3-6 working days. On rare occasions or with very large orders the dispatch time may exceed 6 working days but we will always notify you and keep you informed.
Orders will be shipped using a recorded postal service. Goods will be delivered during normal business hours and a signature may be required.
We will notify you when your order has been dispatched. UK delivery will take approx 1-3 working days. Overseas delivery times will vary.
Cancellation / Refund
You may cancel your order to receive a full refund, provided that your order has not yet been dispatched. We do not supply refunds for goods once dispatched.
Faulty / Damaged Goods
If a product is faulty or damaged, we will provide a full refund or exchange including all additional delivery costs. You must contact us within 2 working days of receipt of the goods to register the problem and we will advise you how to proceed. (We will request photographic evidence of goods damaged during transit to help us claim compensation from our courier).
